// GROUP WORK //

The Do Tank is a hands-on educational program geared towards action, a large part of it will be action oriented activities including observations, interviews, prototyping and creating minimal viable products. Group work is especially important and necessary as part of this, and the cultivation of cross-learning between participants from different experiences and expertise is a core part of the Do Tank experience.

// INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY //

The Do Tank is created to encourage sharing and use of content created out of the Do Tank. Everything that is produced as part of the Do Tank will be under a Creative Commons License for either the beneficiary organization to adopt and continue to develop, or for any of the Do Tank team members to develop going forward.

// APPROVAL & ADOPTION BY OUR BENEFICIARY //

The local beneficiary is a key component in the Do Tank, aligning the values of the activities and outcome of our Do Tank to the mission and objectives of our beneficiary is key. Our beneficiary will sit in the review session in mid-way of the program to evaluate if they want to adopt the ideas as something that they would endorse and support, and leading to potential adoption of it in the long run.
